1. Frontal Temporal Dementia
In this chapter we will discuss the frontal portion of Temporal Dementia, including frontal variant and PPA. We will focus on the possible causes or early signs to look for, early changes in the brain, and the cognitive status of the person. This section will also visit possible visual, emotional, language, behavioral, and progression changes to expect when working with someone who is living with Frontal Temporal Dementia.
2. Temporal Dementia
In this chapter we will discuss the temporal portion of Frontal Temporal Dementia more in depth, focusing on the possible causes or early signs to look for, early changes in the brain, and the cognitive status of the person. This section will also visit possible visual, emotional, language, behavioral, and progression changes to expect when working with someone who is living with Frontal Temporal Dementia.
3. Other Forms of Dementia
In this chapter we will discuss some of the lesser known forms of dementia. We will focus on the differences to note when observing or evaluating someone you believe may be living with a form of dementia. Finally, we will look at factors that may contribute to a higher risk of dementia or a combination of dementias.
